TAXES:
We have reserved the rights to include Taxes to your service, whether you book on our website or not. If you had paid Taxes on another website or platform to book us, you will still need to pay Taxes at our Salon. Taxes are only applied at the end of the service at checkout, so if you had made a Pre-paid Booking on another website and no taxes were applied to your cost for the service, then at our Salon you will be liable to pay the Tax at checkout after your service is complete. For Groupon Clients, you will need to pay the Tax for the Groupon as an Add-on charge to your bill plus your bill total with the final Tax at checkout.
BOOKING FEE:
Our cost for Booking is $10.00 USD not inclusive to tax and is required for securing any appointment or service accommodation. This charge is non-refundable if the appointment is a "No-Show or Cancelled"
This $10.00 Booking Fee is only charged if the appointment is a "No-Show or Cancelled"
NO-SHOW FEE:
Failure to arrive for your appointment without contacting us prior, will result in a $10.00 Charge to your card on file that you used to book the appointment. This Fee is Non-Refundable and Non- Negotiable.
CANCELLATION FEE:
You are allowed to cancel and re-schedule your appointment at least one time. A second Cancellation with or without re-scheduling, will result in $10.00 charged to your card on file that you used to book the appointment. This Fee is Non-Refundable and Non- Negotiable.
VIP PRIORITY FEE:
You can Book an appointment on a day we are closed or outside our opening or closing hours by paying a Pre-Paid Service Cost along with a VIP PRIORITY FEE of $250. This Fee grants you a secure appointment at a maximum of 4 Salon accommodation hours, with the ability to re-schedule and not loose your pre-payment. This Fee is Non-Refundable and Non- Negotiable, even if less hours or time is utilized to fulfill the appointment.
EMPRESS FEE:
To Book an Appointment Service with the CEO, the additional charge to your service is an additional 60% of your service charge. For example, if the total cost of your service is $100.00, by booking the CEO, you will need to pay $160.00. CEO Beauty Services are always an additional 60% cost of your service cost as an Add-on charge.
