BBI STATE BOARD KITS

This is the main question most students would ask, to determine which is best suited  to accommodate their exams.  So here's a breakdown of both packages:

THE DELUXE KIT:

(Without carry case or 1-on-1 State Board Training Course)

THE PRO KIT: 

(Custom packed for your State Board Exams, with products, supplies and 3 hours State Board Training 1-on-1 Course)

1. One Fully Customized Kits equipped with all Tools, Supplies & Products for State Board inside a large carry-case. Fully labelled for all evaluations and supported with an Instruction Study and Preparation Guide to assist you for the Practical Exam.
2. BBI STATE BOARD TRAINING 1-on-1 
3. A Digital Manual Training Guide with all Tips & Tricks to aid you in navigating through your big day.
4. An instruction Manual Training Guide for every evaluation bag that's packaged in the Kit.

FREQUENCY OF DELUXE & PRO KITS: 

Processing and Custom Packaging takes 7-10 Business Days then an email is sent to you with your tracking number. Once it's out for delivery, you should expect it within 3 business days once you receive your tracking number. 

Be advised, we are not responsible for the timeline to receive your package once a tracking number has been established.

1-on-1 Training Session are scheduled by appointment only, once your PRO KIT has been received.

BBI State Board Kits are 100% NEW AND UN-USED, with the most effective products, tools, implements and supplies to ensure you fulfill the requirements to get you to the finish line of being one step closer to attaining your License! All you need to do is follow your tuition guidelines and rules set by the state department, do a great job passing at a minimum of 70% for NYS and you're all set!

REFUND POLICY ON ALL KIT PURCHASES: 

Kits become ineligible for a refund immediately after the order has been placed.

INSTALLMENT POLICY: 

Installments can only be arranged by a member of Management and is not available Online. Installments are typically set up as either one time payments twice monthly or recurring payments twice monthly and determined after consultation with management on the best option plan if a full payment cannot be committed. 

REFUND POLICY ON PRO PACKAGE INSTALLMENTS:

A service charge of $50 per month is deducted from the total number of months where the installment is scheduled. Since installment payments amount to a total of 5 payments,  that will equate to $50 x 2 for the two months and a maximum $10  charge for the additional week, which would bring the overall Service fee deductible in the amount of $110 maximum and $50 minimum towards any installment refund. If you decide to claim a refund after only one payment, then your refund will be calculated only for that cycle at $50 deductible from the total installment paid.

REFUND POLICY ON FULL PAYMENTS:

A service charge of $110 is deducted if a claim is made after 30 days from the date the order was placed.

 If you decide to claim a full refund before 30 days, you will need to supply us with reasonable proof why the Kit is no longer needed. Such documents include:

1. Medical Leave

2. Maternity Leave

3. Failed written exam with no interest to pursue the NYS Practical Exam
