Notice of Service Changes in New York
Dear Customer,
Due to recent evaluations on the direction we wish to take our company culture and it's policies, along with the current state of our country's economy and the cost of living against the luxury we wish to allow for our clients, we have decided to relocate our business to the exciting City in the North of Dallas, Texas!
Our relocation has already begun along with a deep gutting of our systemic way of doing things and how our brand is projected, which includes changes to our business name, our brand and how we want to represent ourselves.
To all our past and current customers of New York, we thank you for the years of support and patronizing to our business. You can continue to book Private Beauty Services with our Owner simply by requesting to be placed on her Calendar for a particular day and time.
All Salon Bookings for New York will end by
Tuesday November 24th 2025.
For our customers with purchased Groupons, please note, you can simply book an appointment below to have your Groupon service fulfilled with the Owner. If an appointment is NOT available or your Groupon will expire before an available service time, please do not worry. We will still honor your Groupon. We can also give you an equivalent service if you had to receive your service at another Salon that we could not fulfill.
For example: You purchase a Cut & Blow Groupon at a cost of $24.00 and because we had no appointments available, you went to another Salon. You can still come to us in future and use your expired Groupon for a service that is equivalent to $24.00
Your Groupon Code however, must be submitted to book an appointment. The code will NOT be redeemed until you come in for the service.
All other customers without Groupons are required to Pre-Pay for their service with the Owner. Pre-Paid Service Prices are available below in booking your appointment. Our Pre-Paid Services are the full cost of the service which means you don't pay anything when you come in, except for a Tip to your Beautician.
We do not give refunds and are not responsible for refunds of third parties, for Groupon customers.

What are Pre-Paid Beauty Services?
At EMPRESS BEAUTY, we are always evolving in our culture to create an atmosphere where clients can focus on comfort and take away the stress in their beauty service experience.
When you Pre-Pay for your service, we guarantee their is no additional cost when you receive your Beauty Service, with the exception of an Add-On Service. For example, if you book a Wash and Blow dry Pre-Paid but at the time of service you decide you want a Hair Cut, then your Hair cut will be an Add-On cost during the visit.
If you wish to Add-On a Service during your visit, it must be bought prior to the Hairstylist starting the service on your Hair.
All EMPRESS BEAUTY Services now require payments through:
EMPRESS Pre-Paid Service Purchase, EMPRESS Membership or a EMPRESS Discount through Groupon. All purchases must be redeemed within 30 days of purchase.
