Experience in Foil Techniques of Highlights and Lowlights is a must to this position.

HOW OUR LECTURERS ARE VALIDATED
PROCESS 1:
Resume Evaluation. All our possible Lecturers are first screened from their submitted Resume to our HR Management department.
PROCESS 2:
Employment Conference Screening. Our possible Lecturers next step is to undergo an Employment Conference to gain information about our company and basics about their job position which is always likely to change due to the evolving of our corporation and/or the curriculum we present to the world.
PROCESS 3:
Complete a FREE Training Seminar/ Seminars that provides them training to be efficient in the job.
PROCESS 4:
Share a professional BIO to be reflected on our website at least 3 months prior to their intended date to start teaching.
PROCESS 5:
Share a Social Media account that reflects their work as an Educator, which includes but not limited to tutorial videos, photos of their work on clients as well as on themselves, etc.
PROCESS 6:
Show proof of having the equipment, facility and materials to effectively teach by submitting a short clip video or photos of their lecturer facility, since our lecturers all work remote.
PROCESS 7:
Submit an example of their first class tutorial at least 7 days before the D.A.C. class schedule.
VALIDATION
Our CEO is currently our MASTER INSTRUCTOR for all D.A.C. Classes. However, we are working on an additional team of Lecturers for Digital Advanced Cosmetology Instruction.
Besides our CEO, VALIDATED Lecturers will have the word: "VALIDATED" in their BIO along with a direct tab to email that Lecturer regarding a class they teach, where you will then be able to communicate with them directly. Our 7 Step Process is the only way to guarantee quality education in the standard prescribed by our Corporations CEO.
We are currently having a few selected Lecturers still under process and have not yet been validated. We will publish VALIDATED LECTURERS monthly from: 5/10/2022. Check in from 5/11/2022 to view any selected Validated Lecturers.
